Corporate Securities Associates: 2-5 years of experience. Must have at least one to the following skills: Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities, Emerging Growth, and Capital Finance. Must have a California Bar – Must have strong academics.
Patent Prosecution: 2-5 year of experience. Candidates must be a member of the USPTO. Must have a technical degree in one of the following areas: EE, CS, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics. Candidates must have a California Bar. Prefer an Advanced Degree: EE, CS, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics
IP and Patent Litigation: Candidates must have 1-5 years of experience. Candidates must be a member of the USPTO.
